Three local artists, Kel Taylor, Barb Bell and Paula Charter, have come together to share space in the Alternator's Studio 111 inside the Rotary Centre for the Arts. Through a self-directed artist residency from February to October 2025, each artist is hoping to expand and develop their individual styles of art making. The artists have opened the doors to encourage public engagement as a way to gain clarity in their own process through sharing, and to also educate others in what art making looks like. Work will be on display right from the initial idea, the exploratory phase, through to finished work, some of it for sale. The studio is open 7 days a week typically from 10 until 3 as well as Thursday and Friday 4-8pm.
